Return Policy

What if you received a wrong item?

Please contact us immediately regarding any mistakes on your order through info@ninjatoner.com. We need to hear about problems within 7 days of order receipt.


If it is our mistake:

You ordered a correct item and we made a wrong packing/shipment:

  • If you received a wrong item, you can contact us through info@ninjatoner.com for our assistance. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
  • Let us know which item(s) you received incorrectly or were missing. We will go over the situation with you.
  • We will find the simplest, fastest way to resolve our mistake. We will reimburse return ground freight on any mis-shipped items the fault of Ninjatoner.com. We want this to be corrected as simply as possible.


If it is your mistake:

You placed an order by mistake / You ordered a wrong item which does not fit / No longer need the item(s):

  • Contacting us with the order ID you have.
  • We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • Return the product using your choice of carrier; we recommend a carrier that offers tracking because we need to track it and issue credit when we receive your returned package.
  • Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for returned parts until there is a Ninjatoner confirmation signature with the carrier.
  • Item(s) must be in original packaging. No returns on item(s) that have been installed.
  • We will issue credit for the item(s) being returned. We do not refund the original shipping charges.
  • You are responsible for paying return freight on returns that are not the fault of Ninjatoner.com.

 

Please read further guidelines before ordering or obtaining an RMA#

  • Each RMA# specifies the product that is being returned. Any orders shipped back without an RMA # will not be accepted.
  • Non-Defective returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  • All of our remanufactured/compatible toner cartridges come with a 90 days warranty for refunds and a 180 days warranty for replacement(s) .
  • All items seeking a return authorization for a replacement between the 90 days to 180 days warranty, customer will cover all costs of shipping and reshipping.
  • If you contact us after 180 days, we cannot issue a RMA#, replacement(s) or refund.
  • The 180 days warranty starts from the date of your purchase.
  • Please contact us at info@ninjatoner.com with any questions or concerns. Please provide your order/invoice # along with your full name in order to obtain an RMA #.
  • Items must be in original product packaging from the manufacturer. Any returns without the original manufacture's packaging will NOT be accepted.
  • Product(s) must be shipped in an outer box to prevent damage to merchandise.
  • All returned merchandise that is provided with a prepaid return label must be shipped back to us within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, the return will NOT be accepted.


All returns will not be processed until we have received the returned merchandise back into our warehouse first.


Liability

Ninjatoner.com is not liable for any damages done to the customer's printer while using our products. We do not provide any payment for repairs or replacement of the printer, we only cover the cost of the products we carry. We are also not liable for any overdraft charges, fees, or negative balances left on the customer's credit card account due to a decline on all online orders.
